Like many of you reading, I am Stevenage born and raised. My maternal grandparents grew up across the road from each other in Archer Road, and my great grandmother spent her last days in the care of Fred Millard Court. Now I want to give back to the area they called home. The County Council has made great progress with our local roads and pathways as well as delivering competitive primary schools. I hope to continue by working with schools and residents to ensure that you are getting the best value for your Council Tax. However, there is more to be done. After decades of being represented by Labour Councillors, a vote for me is a vote for a fresh start in Bedwell and Pin Green. I want to work with our Police & Crime Commissioner to identify crime hotspots and establish a greater police presence to tackle crime in our neighbourhoods. I'll work cross party with our MP to deal with the challenges facing our communities, so that we can make Bedwell and Pin Green an even better places to live.
