Statement to voters
For the past three years Gaby has lived on Golden Lane Estate and before then was a Barbican resident for over 20 years.

A leaseholder on both estates, she has been an active member of the residents' associations (GLERA and BA) and so has a pretty detailed knowledge of the issues affecting the quality of life for Cripplegate residents, particularly in relation to our landlord, the City of London Corporation.
Gaby worked in property, travel and event management. In her spare time she was a school governor, chaired local arts organisations and mentored mid-career artists, often bridging creativity with commerce. She is a member of the Twentieth Century Society and a Liveryman of the Arts Scholars.
“There is much in the City of London to be proud of, but the Corporation’s woeful record with repairs, renovations and refurbishment across the Golden Lane Estate has motivated me to stand as an Independent Councillor for Cripplegate. With a common sense and collaborative approach much more can be achieved for the Golden Lane and Barbican Estates, Cripplegate and the Square Mile. I would be humbled if you were to use one of your votes for me on 20th March.”
