I’d like to introduce myself as one of your three local Reform UK candidates for Chalfont St Giles and Little Chalfont.

I am not a career politician. I am a 20-year-old who has lived in the ward for over 19 years, nearly 14 of those in Little Chalfont. It is worrying to see so many young people disillusioned with politics, feeling as though their voices do not matter.

I am incredibly proud to have been elected to represent my local ward of Little Chalfont South on the Parish Council. I can’t wait to get started on 1st May and am honoured to represent the approximately 900 residents of the ward at a village level.

For too long, the people of Buckinghamshire have been subjected to the complacency of a Conservative monopoly, failing to listen to or address the concerns of ordinary people. We are now left with a Buckinghamshire Council £289 million in debt, local services under strain, roads that are unfit for purpose, and our green spaces continually under threat.

We deserve better: real representation, common-sense leadership, and someone who will speak up for the community rather than toe the party line. I am here to put people before politics.

Whether it is protecting our green belt, fixing our broken infrastructure, or supporting local businesses, I am here to serve you.
