Full statement
Married to Naomi for over 30 years, we both swapped the corporate world - mine in finance, manufacturing and advertising, to set up our own small businesses and believe in the power of local communities to come together and influence change that matters at the local level.
I've also served as a local Parish Councillor for over 10 years, both as Chair and Vice -Chair, securing rural super-fast broadband when BT declined, addressing flood & road issues and supporting our elderly with social hubs & transport.
I've always championed what matters to my local community - with practical business experience and fresh ideas. I'm standing to serve Exmouth & Budleigh Coastal.
What I Stand For:
1/ Increased water quality in our seas and rivers.
2/ Opposing excessive development in our green spaces.
3/ Ending Net Zero policies.
4/ Supporting our farmers, veterans and pensioners.
5/ Replace expensive woke policies with common sense.
I'll tackle local challenges head-on, to deliver what matters for the whole community.
