Gareth Snell's policies
Statement to voters
Stoke-on-Trent faces huge challenges.
Full statement
Poverty, Crime, vacant shops, homelessness - it has all gone up under the Conservatives. 13 years of this Government has taken its toll on a City which used to buzz with pride.
We need change - we need a Labour Government and we need to be given the tools to fix the damage done by the Conservatives.
I'm restanding to be the Labour & Co-operative MP for Stoke-on-Trent Central to continue the work I started in 2017, only this time I want to do it with a Labour Government.
I did not shy away after the 2019 General Election and I am more determined now to see Stoke-on-Trent get the jobs, the homes, the investment and the respect we deserve.
