Full statement

Background information: I am an Experienced Accountant and Taxation Adviser, Trustee Director, Foodbank Volunteer and Do-Gooder, and the only candidate who has lived with my family on Council Estate, within the constituency for over twenty years.

In 1999, I set up WCER Group - Westminster Council Estates' Residents Group that helps Council Estate Residents in particular, with their on going problems of various kind - with the Council, HMRC, Gas, Electricity and Water Companies, by contacting these Organisations. I use my contacts and influence to seek advice on their behalf, from several other sources without any cost to them. At present, there are still around 8,000 Westminster Council Estates' Residents within the Group!

As non political candidate with no political party affiliation or association, I do not feel qualified to answer questions on any political issues or other global conflicts. However, I am saddened by loss of precious lives in Yemen, Ukraine, Sudan, Somalia and lately in Israel and the subsequent Gazan Genocide.

Being devout Abrahamic (one who respects Christianity, Judaism and Islam), I am and have been a pacifist, that is peace loving person most of my adult life.

Upon researching views of other candidates on various local and national issues, I was disappointed and upset, to be shown a video of Ms Georgia Gould, (The UK Labour Candidate for Queen's Park and Maida Vale) who in May 2022 was Leader of Camden Council, and accompanied by another person, can be seen 'ripping off' the Palestinian Flag sticker!

It was also brought to my attention by supporters that, like Keir Starmer - The UK Labour Party Leader, Ms Gould who is married and has 9/10 month old baby, has been against any 'ceasefire' from the outset. Instead of using her position as Chair of 32 London Councils, to express collective opinion in the Hamas and Israeli conflict since it erupted violently in Early October, she has supported her party leader rather than the sentiments of the British people for cessation of hostilities.

Having been unexpectedly widowed late last year, I am still grieving, but still decided to stand as a candidate. I am keen to continue to assist my fellow constituents, and hopefully represent over 72,000 of you as your MP, and express your views in House of Commons.

I also do not believe in making 'False Promises and Fake Pledges,' hence the decision to stand as an INDEPENDENT, rather than as a Political Party Candidate. As you may have gathered, they are mostly career politicians, and encouraged to mislead, tell half truths and even hoodwink voters for their personal gain.

For the first time in our recent history, the country needs selfless people like me, and other caring, competent, concerned, conscientious and considerate INDEPENDENT Candidates, to be elected as MPs and hold the newly elected Government to account without fear or favour.

On 4 July, your vote does matter. So, kindly CHANGE your habit and vote for me - your worthy INDEPENDENT Candidate.
