Statement to voters
Another familiar face to many as David has not only been politically active in the area for almost 25 years, he has also been the County Councillor for Sonning Common since 2013 ensuring that, even in the face of budget constraints and political opposition, things get done! David’s passion in his role is to keep the focus on local issues which the council has the power to change, rather than things best left to national government, or localised vanity projects like the Lib Dem council’s focus on vegan menus, a topic on which David is much quoted by our national media!.
