This means that my concerns are your concerns. We live in the midst of uncertain and difficult times, but I’m constantly inspired by the many wonderful people and organisations in our community.

I’ve been working consistently hard all year round in South Leamington for over 14 years. In the last two years alone working with the local Green team I've successfully campaigned for extra investment to tackle antisocial behaviour (Community Wardens), the cost of living crisis (extra funds for Citizens Advice) and in our parks. I've worked with others for tougher fly tipping enforcement and more regular flytiping collection and the first soft plastics recycling in the country. I’ve solved hundreds of knotty problems with residents. I’ve supported community groups and local businesses and successfully worked for the Stoneleigh Arms to be a community arts space (coming soon!). I've pushed for a new quiet cycling route from Asda to the station includes a crossing point for pedestrians on Prospect Road.

Many problems are not easy to solve, but I don’t give up. Following on from our drug related crime report, I’m determined to continue working with the police and community organisations to protect young and vulnerable people who can be exploited by criminals. I'm a trustee of new South Leamington charity 'New Chapters' which supports people to recover from drug and alcohol addiction, meaning there are fewer customers for dealers. I've worked to secure permanent security Cameras at York Walk and Eagle Rec.

The Green party have been the only party to work locally in Brunswick and keep you updated outside of elections since 2019. Residents tell me they value our work greatly and want this to continue. My twelve years being a Councillor means that even in these difficult times, I can stand up for you, find solutions and get things done. Any other candidate would be starting from scratch.

At this election, it’s a straight choice between me and my hard working colleagues in the Green Team and less experienced Labour and Reform Candidates who have only turned up in the couple of months before elections. Last time the Conservatives came a distant third, so voting for them won’t decide who wins here.
