I was brought up in Sevenoaks, before serving for 20 years as an army officer. I now live in Sevenoaks and am a local businessman and Councillor. At the election on 4 July 2024, people have a clear choice. A choice between a local candidate who puts community and constituency first or a Conservative politician whose priority is her party and personal ambition. This election is about proving that politicians are not all the same. It’s about helping to put Britain back on the right path. I was proud to serve my country when I was in the army. With your support, I hope to serve the people of Sevenoaks and Swanley constituency just as well. I am committed to listening to you and acting on what matters to you. Together we can: - Reform the NHS We need timely GP appointments: within 24 hours for emergencies and within a week for routine visits. Fixing the broken social care system will help reduce the pressure on the NHS. - Protect our environment We must protect the environment and stop Tory eco-vandalism. We want clean rivers, free from sewage, and decisive leadership on climate change. - Tackle the housing crisis together New housing should be appropriately sized, priced, and located for all generations. A well-planned system with good infrastructure won't harm our green spaces. The real threat comes from Conservative neglect of the environment and the destruction of planning rules.
