Andrew was elected as MP for Stretford and Urmston in 2022. He grew up in Trafford and lives in Flixton. A Trafford councillor for over a decade Andrew has been the Leader of Trafford Council since 2018, having previously worked in civil engineering consultancy.

Andrew is passionate about tackling inequality, improving transport and connectivity, improving educational outcomes and helping young people onto the housing ladder.
