Luke is Labour's Parliamentary Candidate in the target seat of York Outer.

Luke is a new dad to baby Robin and husband to Bethany. He was born in York, went to Huntington School, and has lived all across the constituency in Haxby, Strensall, Heworth, and Osbaldwick.
Having studied economics and politics at university, Luke went onto the Bank of England where he worked on the project to launch the new polymer banknotes. Luke then became a regulator at the Financial Conduct Authority where he worked on projects to protect vulnerable customers and reduce fraud.
Luke is presently leads counter-fraud work for a global tech company.
Luke previously stood for York Outer in 2017, coming a strong second by securing over 21,000 votes.
