Toby Risk's policies
Statement to voters
As a centrist Toby believes that public services should never be run for profit and is passionate that children are given the opportunity to fulfill their potential. Climate change is central to his agenda and Toby will push for Reigate and Banstead to become carbon neutral by 2030. “Our duty is to leave a safer world for the next generation.” He strongly advocates electoral reform, where every vote is represented, and that land reform is the only long-term solution to our housing crisis.
