Paul has represented the Bourton and Northleach division on the County Council since 2013 and has built up a reputation for getting things done:
-Leading road safety campaigns along the A435, A436, A40 and A429 and setting up the ‘No Crash’ group -Being the first councillor in Gloucestershire to expose the sewage scandal in our waterways and getting commitments from Thames Water to improve the Rivers Coln and Windrush -Lobbying hard for proper road repairs with an emphasis on civic pride -Getting the Old A40 reopened between Northleach and Hazleton, securing the resurfacing of the Whiteway between Andoversford and North Cerney -Campaigning for better ambulance response times in rural areas.
