I am standing to give Brentford the opportunity for a stronger optimistic Green voice in parliament.

As a mother, I hope my children will grow up in a fairer, inclusive and safe community. I know that we can all make individual choices to improve our future. I choose to lead by example, encouraging girls to reach their potential as a youth volunteer, challenging myself and my colleagues to design sustainable buildings and responding to local council consultations on planning, active travel, air & water quality. However, given the current social and environmental difficulties our country faces, we cannot rely on individual actions alone. We need to demand changes at government level. As the Green Party candidate, I am offering you the choice to demand change and vote for a fairer future for Brentford & Isleworth.

Greens have the credible practical solution to the real issues facing people every day. The more voters who choose those policies on 4th July, the louder the message to the next government. Vote Green to demand ambitious policies to undo the damage of the last government and provide hope of a fairer future.

Vote for a safe, warm home for everyone. Vote for great community services in new developments. Vote for a properly funded NHS, to bring down hospital waiting times and stop getting to see your GP or a dentist feel like such an uphill struggle. Vote for protecting our rivers and seas from sewage, with no half measures on this issue. Vote for immediate measures to help people address the alarming increase in the cost of living. Vote for ambition on tackling the climate crisis now. Vote for access to and protection of the natural world we all value. Vote for Hope.
