Statement to voters

Anne-Marie has been an unpaid carer for her mum who had Dementia.

Full statement

She understand how hard it is to do that job. So she will fight for carers rights. She is also disabled and has learnt how difficult it can be for disabled people to get about and sometimes keep their disability benefits. Fairness is something she will look to address for the people of constituency. She has lived in Ferryhill and worked both in Spennymoor and Newton Aycliffe. So she knows about the area and some of the people. She is honoured to be representing the people of Newton Aycliffe and Spennymoor.
