Statement to voters

It has been an honour to serve the people of North East Leeds in Parliament since 1997. I have always championed our rich diversity and campaigned for a better life for all residents based on fairness, justice and equality. It would be a privilege to be re-elected so I can continue my work to improve the lives of everyone in North East Leeds. Homeowners, renters, the homeless and everybody in between needs a Labour government which is driven to deliver for people across North East Leeds and I look forward to playing my part in that.
