Statement to voters
I am a linguist, a retired social worker, a humanist and a grandma. I love all animals and provide a bistro for the neighbourhood’s birds. Nature is so important and I am appalled by what we have allowed to happen to our planet. I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t try to do everything I could, however little, to combat the climate emergency and seek to leave the earth in a tolerable condition for my family, the rest of humanity and future generations. David Attenborough is my hero and I want to see nature flourish again.
