After 14 years of decline, the residents of Tatton deserve better.

We are all being impacted by the cost of living crisis, our local NHS is struggling, our public transport links are getting worse, our councils are being starved of funding, and our natural environment is being continuously damaged. This cannot go on.



I grew up round here, and want to help improve our area. It was in Cheshire that my parents made their new home after moving from India to work for the NHS. Growing up, as a young carer for my brother, I volunteered at local groups supporting people with learning disabilities. I saw first-hand the impact of Conservative policies on our local families and services. I want to help fix this as Tatton's first Labour MP - and the most local MP Tatton will have ever had.



I fight to support people and businesses every day, as a councillor and Cabinet Member. In my work, as an environmental policy expert, I fight for a more sustainable future, leading a team at an environmental non-profit organisation.



The polls show that Labour can win in Tatton. With my experience and background, policy expertise and local roots, I will serve the residents of Tatton and work to improve people's lives.
