Statement to voters
Chair of the Planning Committee at Stratford-on-Avon District Council and District Councillor for Long Marston, Stuart also recently became Parish Council Champion for Arden Division, looking after the wider needs of local villages and the market town of Henley-in-Arden.

A civil engineer, before retiring Stuart was a senior manager in a major multinational
company serving the construction industry.
He has wide experience of infrastructure projects, such as road and bridge building as
well as commercial, retail and housing developments.
“It is an honour to be standing to represent the residents of Arden,” said Stuart.
“As Labour push ahead with more and morehouse building, it is crucial that we protect the quality of life in South Warwickshire. I shall give Arden Division and South Warwickshire the voice they deserve.”
“The Conservative-led County Council has failed in Arden. It hasn’t addressed problems of speeding and congestion and has left residents feeling unsafe. Meanwhile flooding remains a serious issue for many residents who continue to live with poorly-maintained drains and drainage.”
